Dear Complainant

Although you have ample information for anyone to be able to contact us at any time (which is no big surprise because our Black Rose Spiritual Center websites have been out there since 2006 with all our current contact information on them) you have yet to contact us or Dr Nikki directly unless it is to come into her internet business and try to create problems and havoc by spreading profanities, lies, and sheer unadulterated negativity.  While we are flattered that you feel you need to spend so much of your time and energy on us, we truly think that it may be more healthy for you to invest this time and energy into yourself rather than giving it to us.  You are an internet bully and frankly, we do not give in to bullies.

You hide behind anonymous postings on websites where the complaints cannot be taken down and you flood them with falsehoods and inaccurate information.  It is obvious that you are upset with LoveDrNikki, I don't think that anyone will doubt that.  However, it is doubtful that your ire at her/us is true as you do not state with any specificity or true information on just what it is that she could have done to you to warrant so much of your attention.  You have spent quite a bit of time to make sure that you spread your lies with as much thoroughness as possible.  While you state you have Bozeman residents commenting you give none of those comments.  It is not difficult to find any of the information that you provided.  All you have to do is a search for the business name or her full name.

If consumers would like to see verifiable true and accurate descriptions from her real clients about her services, please feel free to check them out at www.oranum.com/psychics/lovedrnikki - look under the member said about me tab.  You are also more than welcome to look at the videos on utube from Lisa Vanderpump, Brande Roderick, and Taylor Armstrong all available from oranum.com's utube page giving positive reviews on her readings.  Author, Cancer survivor, and long time client Marisa Acocella Marchetto even put her in the highly rated Graphic Novel:  Cancer Vixen! because of the accuracy of readings done for Ms. Marchetto.  LoveDrNikki has a client list in which many clients have been working with her for literally decades.  She has a track record of over 40 years doing what she does to help people and we can produce letters and notes from clients the world over (except Antarctica, unfortunately she hasn't had the opportunity to read from someone there) wherein she has changed lives, saved lives, and made the difference for literally thousands of people.

Black Rose Spiritual Center is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization that has been in operation since January 2002.  We file all required state and federal documents each year and are in good standing with both the State of Montana and the IRS.  We are a spiritual organization and operate within the parameters of all applicable laws.  We are dedicated to promoting tolerance and understanding among religious belief systems and we do so by serving those who have chosen a solo spiritual path.  We work with seekers one on one to assist them in a variety of ways including spiritual path guidance, spiritual counseling, acting as an information source to connect individuals to others of their belief system so they may join in spiritual communion with their fellow believers and many other services. The readings done on the internet - in conjunction with any website - are done to raise funds to help support the Center. 

It is interesting to note a few things about your post:

a.  You make many general allegations but back none of them up with any real hard evidence. As the complaints are so very general and easily recognized as so by anyone who has truly used our services.  You leak just about as much information about us as you can, yet you give absolutely none of yourself.  You declare that you speak for others from our local area yet at no time have any of these concerned citizens in our own town contacted us directly via phone, internet, or in person. 

b.  You talk in the plural and state all the things you have done and/or are going to do to stop LoveDrNikki. Your apparent concern for the City of Bozeman may be admirable, but we wonder...do the residents of the City of Bozeman feel the same way you do?  Since we have been here for several years and the only person we know of attempting to protect this great city from us is you we'll have to assume you are over-inflating your comments as to whom you have contacted in regard to our services.  (By the way...we wonder how you have contacted people who have used our services since client lists at both Oranum or Black Rose Spiritual Center are strictly confidential and not released to anyone.)

c.  Your determined and continued allusions that we do nothing for the community we live in is false and of no merit.  Black Rose Spiritual Center is a member of the State of Montana Nonprofit Association and is proud to serve Bozeman.  We are published monthly in two local newspapers - The Bozeman Magazine and the Montana Pioneer in which we provide a monthly free column for each paper.  We participated it the Bogart Farmers Market. We volunteer in our neighborhood working one on one assisting elderly neighbors and helping younger folks.  Last summer we conducted "Crystal Sisters" a woman's support group along with monthly Fireside Chats and Spirit Walks.  This summer we will be participating with the Bozeman Gardening Club to help with fundraising efforts for their good works around the Gallatin Valley along with raising food to donate to the Food Bank.  We participated in the Bozeman's Women's Expo last year and are excited and looking forward to doing so again this year.  Although our part is small, we *are* a part and parcel of all that is Bozeman and look forward to being so for many years to come.

d.  Apparently your research on LoveDrNikki is exceedingly faulty and full of holes large enough to drive a semi tractor-trailer truck through.  She does hold Doctorate Degrees in Divinity and Theology from seminary.  She has had two near death experiences...once in an automobile accident in 1976 and the second time in a small aircraft accident in 1978.  It took years, many surgeries, and a lot of determination and effort to recover from the injuries.  She still has serious medical issues because of the injuries sustained those many years ago. 

e.  As many of the things that your supposed complainant posters have complained about are things that are never done here at Black Rose, i.e.:  LoveDrNikki never refers people from her Oranum site to the Black Rose Spiritual Center websites - her work at Oranum is our major fundraiser and we prefer readings be done through Oranum for a variety of reasons;  she never tells people "to contact her on her own website and when i did she told me i was cursed and if i gave her $500 she would take the curse away she is a fraud" as your supposed complainant states; interesting to note...the tactic described is one that is used by many unscrupulous readers but one that ethical readers such as LoveDrNikki and others at Oranum abhor and warn people away from.  Readers do not write their own reviews at Oranum...their bio, yes, reviews - no.  These unethical types of behavior and are not engaged in by readers from Black Rose Spiritual Center or Oranum.  

Unfortunately LoveDrNikki is only a simple woman trying to help people the best way she knows how.  If you do not believe in her gifts you do not have to try to use them.  At no time has she ever represented herself as perfect.  She not a God, she is a human being who is connected with her gifts and does her best to use them for the advantage of those who seek her services.

We find it tragic that you have wasted so much time, energy and effort into trying to malign the name and reputation to cause damage to a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people.  We do hope that you will at some point in time realize that your paltry efforts to destroy her reputation built over 40 years of helping others the best way she can will have little or no impact on our organization or the income it derives from her readings.  We sincerely hope that you will soon be able to find a positive and proactive use for your considerable energy and time.

If you truly do have a serious and earnest complaint against our organization and services we invite you to use the information you have and contact us directly.  We would be more than happy to discuss your dissatisfactions in a rational and adult manner.  However, we do not kowtow to bullies in any form and your continued repetitive postings on www.ratemypsychic.com and this posting here make it obvious that they are stacked in a deliberate way and are flooded by a disgruntled individual who refuses to engage with directly.

As the complaints, comments and statements are to the letter the exact same as those that have been posted by trolls in recent days in LoveDrNikki's free chat room we can only assume that you are all one in the same individual.  As there is no other way for us to have discourse with you at this time we do ask that you refrain from posting in LoveDrNikki's business forum in free chat.

We humbly accept honest and/or constructive criticism as a spiritual workers - we all have things that we can change and improve.  What you have posted is neither honest nor constructive.  While you have every right to your opinion, it is just that, your opinion.  No matter how you try pump it up with emotional outbursts and impassioned fervor of how you wish to protect the world from our terrible influence, it is still your opinion and in this case that opinion is a very far cry from truth.
