Loving The Classics Never received DVDs and have received only false feedback Pickerington, Ohio Internet
I ordered 2 DVD movies on December 26. I have received no order confirmation, order status or anything showing that my order has been processed. However, my VISA was charged on December 27. I left 3 voice mail messages (as no one ever answers) with the customer service number. I sent 3 emails. I received one response that the movies I ordered were in stock but they are behind due to the holidays and they will send me an e-mail once the order has shipped. That was a week ago. It has been almost 4 weeks and I have receved neither my DVDs nor any further correspondence that they will ship. I think this is a scam, especailly in lihgt of 37 other complaints on this website.
