Low Country Van Lines Freddy, Yolanda HORRIBLE COMPANY - RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNORGANIZED, LIARS Dania beach, Florida

Never use this company!! This is a huge scam. Freddy first told us we had to go by square feet for our belongings when we were quoted based off pounds. Then he stated we had 24 boxes extra, a box being categorized as 3 cubic feet. Freddy never measured our boxes, as we had many smaller boxes, and just "eyeballed" what we had and threw out a number.

On top of this, my fianc and I were backed into signing a contract AFTER everything was loaded into the truck never giving us a choice to not sign. We were walked all over and taken advantage of.

Additionally, the gentlemen who quoted us conveniently stopped working for the company by choice (he was the only honest person through this process). When we tried to call the company to express our frustration with everything we were treated like we were of no importance. Finally after calling numerous times we were given a number to speak with the manger of dispatch, Yolanda.

When we tried to contact Yolanda we were directly put through to voicemail. When we finally were able to reach her the conversation pretty much involved Yolanda talking over us and never letting us express our concerns. She cut us off, was disrespectful, extremely rude, and did not care about anything we had to say.

The customer service given by Yolanda was beyond horrible, it was completely disgusting.

Low Country Van Line is not business, they are a complete scam. They are dishonest and lie to your face to get your money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS
