LowCountry Van Lines WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER Dania Beach, Florida

I recently moved from Sarasota, FL to Denver, CO, and hired LowCountry Van Lines as my movers. First off, they gave me this big speech about how they only use their own trucks and you'll never see them in anything different. Of course, they show up in a Ryder truck, but I let that slide. The guys who packed up my stuff and moved it were fantastic, extremely nice and careful with all ofmy stuff, although they told me I was not eligible for extra insurance (the beginning of the scam). Where the whole thing really went wrong was when they started lying to me. After three days of calling and leaving voice mails with noone calling me back, I called three days after my delivery date and they said the stuff was on the road headed to Denver. Then again, three days later, they said it had just left Florida and would be there within three days. Sure enough, nobody showed up. For the next week, I could get no answer on the phone and noone ever called me back. Most recently, I got in touch with a lady who seemed very nice. She assured she would find out where my stuff is and would call me back and soon as she knew. That was over a week ago. I called today and they said my stuff is in a warehouse in Florida and she had no idea when it would be leaving. Please rethink using this company. They are an extremely unproffesional moving company with a staff of liars. My stuff has been missing for well over a month (in business days) and I'm not even sure they didn't lose it all.
