Lowes Home Improvement order 2 months late Ripoff Lake Jackson texas

my husband and i recieved 2 porch column post from our kids for x-mas as we could not afford them. they purchased them at lowes.

as they were not the right size we took them in to exchange. they didnt have them in stock, so they ordered and we were told 2 to 3 weeks. this was 1/20/06.
when i called to check on my order i was told they had already been picked up. i did not pick them up. then i was told they had been deleted from the computer by mistake.

so, reordered and was told 2-3 wks. today is 3/22 and still no post. when i went to check they admitted that they gave them to someone else. now its another week.
we are senior citizens and have to hire people to do these sorts of jobs for us. so far i have had to pay show up time and will have a hard time scheduling another time as i dont know when to try for.
