I was trying to find cheap tickets to go to Germany with my son. My husband is in the US Army and we are stationed here in Colorado Springs. I try to go and visit my family once a year and am always looking around for special deals.

I eventually stumbled on LowestAirfareFinders.com. The prices were so much cheaper than any other Website I had found. I checked it out, read the testimonials and called to ask if the tickets were still available.
I spoke to "Sam" and was told they were, but to make it work, I would have to fax a copy of my check and then overnight it to them to make sure I would get them for the price I was told.

I did that on 4/26/05 and later received a receipt, stating it arrived on 4/27/05. It also stated on there that "it usually takes about 10 days for our accounting dept. to process all payments, after which your tickets will be mailed to you at the above address". I was fairly confident that I had gotten a great deal.

After about 3 days I called to find out if there was a confirmation number they could provide me with, which is what "Sam" had promised me when I had talked to him.
That was when everything bad began happening. I was told I would get it the next day, which turned into the next day, after this weekend, this afternoon and so on....

I never got anything! I called daily and Jack was beginning to be very rude and yelled at me on numerous occasions. My husband called and they got into big shouting matches, which usually ended with another promise that we would get the tickets as promised. Sam was supposedly in Chicago or not in the office or on the phone with the Airline as we were speaking.

In the meantime I had called Northwest Airlines, which was supposed to be the Airline I was going to be on. They did not have a confirmation number for me, only a reservation number, which they told me did me no good. If I were to show up at the ticket counter they would need my tickets in order for me to get onto the plane.
I kept calling Jack, left tons of messages, which were never returned! I went to the Chat room, spoke to different ladies there and most of the time had Jack on the line, too.

Finally, about 2 weeks before my departure time, he called and said he was on the phone with the Airline. He called back again and said that the tickets were no longer available for the price he promised me. It was now $800.00 more! I was very upset and told him he was a liar! He yelled back and said there was no way I would get these tickets so close to departure for that low of a price.

Of course, there wasn't, I told him, because he had been sitting on my money for 3 weeks without doing anything.
He said he would send a check back the same day when I let him know that I was not going to send him any more money.

I have been waiting close to a week when my husband called me and told me about this website. I have found tickets somewhere else, but this deal is going to cost me dearly, the way it looks now.

Stay away, don't believe a thing he says or promises. I have saved most of the chats we had and hope that he will go to prison one day or at least pay back everything he owes to everyone out there!!!
