My 78 year old mother in law has been a victim of lubbock power and light for years now. It wasn't until we recieved her bill for this month that we realized its more serious than we realized. My mother in laws bill is 403.38. Her ceiling had fallin in so she had to move in with us until it was repaired. Her home has been empty going on three months. This is ridiculous
