If you ever get called by their recruiting department then shut them down. They will not adequately train you how to use the cipher that's the hand held little computer scanning device, train you how to deal with store managers and recieving clerks, nada. And if you do not "get it" right off then they have a hissy fit both the client stores and the main company for you "costing" them "time" and "money." I sure as heck tried but it's their loss since they did not train me sufficiently and I mean face to face training this online and over the phone stuff doesn't cut it on how to daily service my stores, place orders, do returns, deal with irrate clients all of it. If you enjoy a high stress and demanding merchandising slash distributor type of job then great by all means be my guest but if you do not I would not even waste your time on L&R distributors. Just pass them by. This was an unethical and low class firing or termination and I will be pursuing the proper legal action. Your name is mud L&R. Also I wouldn't ask what the former rep who I replaced who did not train me and who couldn't care less for your information about what she thinks about this job etc.
