Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
These guys are horrible. Don't ship with them. They will lose your packages. Not give you customer support and overcharge you. There are a lot of shipping companies out there. DONT TAKE THE RISK,!!! They are not professional. Marcus Fane should be fired! He doesn't know how to help out customers. A real messed up guy. How can you hang up on a customer? What kind of service do you run?

Led Outfitters 713 Middle Neck Rd Great Neck NY 11023 516-582-4247, is a Scam Artist, he has called for over a week to obtain shipping rates and every time he called the shipment was different then quoted. Finally while trying to book he wanted us to go outside of our guidelines, and miss-represent his freight so that he would get a lower shipper cost, bu change the class. As an ethical company we will not met his demands I terminated his phone call after he became irate. Led Outfiiters has never shipped freight through LTL Rates, and we will refuse to do business with an unethical company. All other shipping companies should watch out for this guy also. Our track record speaks for itself, we are one of the US leading Logistics Company, and one that is better at customer service.
