Lube 'N Oil waste of time and money ripoff Turlock California

In february of 07, i called the tow truck and sent my car to a nearby location "lube 'N oil" after i realized that the belt came off from my harmonic balancer, i assumed that i would cost about 40-60 dollars so i decided to take it across the street and not to my regular mechanic in merced.

After i waited about 2 hours to see what was going on they told me that by both belts were going to have to be replace and also my harmonic balancer had broke in half so they would have to order a new part i took my car about 8am and they finished putting the part about 5pm total of 9 hours, they said it took a long time because they had to wait for the part, i didn't mind because i just wanted a good job done in my car.

2 months later in April same problem my car started making that loud noise i was unable to drive it so i took it again, i was upset and demanded they fix the problem i payed almost 500 dollars and my problem was still there,.

they said they would fix it for free and so they did, i hoped that this time they had done i good job but now its june and my belts broke again i assumed that the whole harmonic balancer is broke againg i had to tow my car back to merced because when i tolled lube n oil that my car got broke again they said that they were not specialist and were going to give me any reinburstment for my money i payed over 100 dollars for the tow truck to tow my car to merced to take it to my mechanic.

If there was something other wrong with my car i would of payed because i want my car fixed but they never tolled me what is wrong with it and now they dont' want to fix my car and i wasted over 500 dollars on some belts that keep on breaking i would like to take these individuals to court because they should be able to return my money if they are unable to fix my problem.
