Luca Levi Levi Careers; LMS, LLC Non payment of wages; Lied to in interview. Was told to never use his name when on phones. Davie Florida

I was told in my interview with Luca Levi's Managing Director the following:  She told me that she had been in Florida for 25 years and that Luca is by far the nicest boss, the fairest boss that she has ever had.  I was told I would be an independent contractor.  I then was taken into to meet with Luca.  He interviewed me and offered me $350 every week and that we would be paid bi-weekly.  No paid time off or paid holidays.  I was told if you don't come in, you don't get paid.

I was given a computer, phone, and a desk.  My hours were 8:30-5pm. I was instructed NOT to be late as he is not late in paying us. I was told what to say to the Financial Advisors and how to say it to bring them in as a lead.

In training we were told never to use Luca Levi's name whenever we are speaking to one of the Financial Advisors on the telephone, or if the Financial Advisors ask who is your boss, who do you work for.  We are to say I work for LMS which is my own company.

I was fired on my fifth day not by Luca, but by his Managing Director.  She called me after work that day on my cell.  She told me I did not bring in any leads.  I was there 5 days, two of which were training. 

Luca wanted my home address so that he could mail out my check. I have yet to see my money for my last day worked.  I have informed him that I have not received it, but there is no response.  Whenever we did speak on the telephone, Luca was belligerent.
