Lucky webs -Rafi Akbar took full payment and didn't finish my website. Kept giving excuses for months and wouldn't give a refund either when asked. Do not work with him. He is a con man! The amount of excuses from saying his aunty passed away and his Dad passed away, being ill, going holiday, you name it. Do not be fooled. He is good at pretending he is much bigger and professional then he is. In the end he's a time waster and a con artist. I've wasted time and money. London United Kingdom

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
He takes full payment to complete a website, which in the end he does not fulfil. He give a list of excuses, delayed responses, ignoring your calls, emails. Even the lowest excuses of all saying his familiy members died. He's a time waster, a con artist and will not issue refunds. He comes across as professional and knowing about web design but he does not fulfil the work once he is paid. Its really horrible experience, full of stress.
