I went to Tim Miller and his family on the good word of friends. I wanted a GEMTEC suppressor back in 2011. So I sampled one and applied for the Tax stamp and paid up front for the suppressor in December of 2011. I never recieved word from the ATF or Tim Miller so I called repeatedly and if I got a hold of him at all he would claim that he was out of town on business with Blackwater giving classes or a seminar somewhere and would be back in town in a few days. Then I'd call again in a week to check on the status of my application and he would not answer or the number would change. So here it is 3 years later and some change and I decide to call the ATF to see if he even filed the paperwork and was informed that they'd never recieved any paperwork (ATF Form 4) on me ever. Now I am in another city and can't reach him by phone or email. That $1000 plus dollars in the wind with nothing but a copy of some bogus paperwork to show for it.
