I waited over 10 months and never received on an item which should have taken no more than 6 months start to finish.  I requested copies of my paperwork on multiple occasions, which I should have been provided copies of upon submission, but was met with resistance, blame, and the "I'm too busy" excuse each time.  I finally gave up and requested a refund which was sent after two weeks, because Tim had to "tell the accountant to send the check". 

Oddly, the signature on the check was Tim's, matched the writing on the check quite well, and was dated exactly two weeks to the day from the request of refund.  Apparently, it takes Tim two weeks to talk to himself.  Tim's prices are not competitive to start with, so do yourself a favor and locate another dealer that will perform transactions properly from the start.
