Luis Chapetti Is a Scam artist and a Con. I am to believe that He preys on small business Owners and uses his title w/his current employment (Security/researcher/engineer/analyst) @ Barracuda Networks Inc. In order to convince you that he is qualified in this field of internet security and that he is giving you a great deal under the table or on the side without his companys knowledge. then he takes your money and when you try to use the security he sets you up with that you paid him for, well then you are  redirected to a site that asks for more money and its as if you just paid all this money to Luis Chapetti for his "professional advise" (his words).   After i realized i had been scammed out of nearly $700 Then his phone number changed, he has had over 4 numbers now that he used to text msg me from, all starting with a (520) area code and they are all unavailable,when you call them  or they just go to some pre-recorded Google message.  Luis Chapetti is a rutheless s****.>
