I have contacted LULU several times in the last two months both to the costomer service and the legal department. I recieved two emails from customer service and non from legal. I provided my phone number but only recieved emails from customer service and no calls I still have no book files. I was told unfinshed projects were deleted after 120 days. But my books have been finished and pubished.
One of my books'The Up Side of Being Down," has been on file and published for over 4 years and on file at the Libary of Congress and copy righted. I would like to edit another book I have Called,"RV Living Living By Design Book One," but no book files. This company is a joke! Stay away!
