Husband signed up for the free product only pay shipping deal. He neglected to read the fine print which specified the need to cancel within 14 days to avoid full charges. That first charge was our fault. However, I called to cancel the account and was assured that we would not recieve any more charges. The following month we were charged again. Called customer service again and was informed that since there are two product we would have to cancel each account separately. Why in the world was I not informed of this the first time I called? Again was assured that we would not be charged again. Lo and behold we were charged again! This time I was told it was a "mistake" with their computers and that they would refund the money, and again assured me that I will not be charged again.
