My daughter ordered the airbrush on a 30 day trial, discovered it was not all its worth and tried to return it. They refused the parcel and sent it back. Had difficulty getting ahold of anyone, the customer service number doesn't work, finally received an email and another phone number, where the woman was very rude and provide no assistance, said she was a liar that the phone numbers work fine and try to prove she called with a phone bill. PHONE BILLS DON'T SHOW NUMBERS YOU DON'T GET THROUGH TO. Tried several times to get someone, phone number doesn't work, to resolve, finally received a notice of collections in the mail (one month past due). Also, discovered they charged her upfront for postage and handling, and then discovered my father paid cash for the parcel to Fedex when they delivered the parcel!

When call the collections number, you get a brief message and the phone goes dead. Tried many, many times, and customer service number results in a wrong number message from the phone company. We still cannot get a hold of anyone at either number and her credit rating is suffering for it.

Ripoff for an overpriced trinket.

To be fair to all of our customers every customer has 30 days to return their order if it does not meet their satisfaction, no questions asked! To easily identify a return a return authorization number is issued. Without a return authorization number we do not know to whom to refund for a returned product, as the product cannot be identified. For this reason an unauthorized return may be issued a 25% restocking fee per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time purchase or be refused; as unidentified returns undergo a different and lengthy process to identify the owner of the return. Furthermore, the customer is told when placing their order that if for any reason they choose to cancel or return the order to call the customer care department. Our customer care department may be reached Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm CST toll free at 877-749-5777 (this is the number for Canadian Customers), please call with any questions or concerns that you may have. At Luminess Air we will do everything that we can to ensure that each and every customer is well taken care of.
