Luminess Air unable to get customer service on phone, i receive a messeage stating the number not in user try again later and email has been giving me run around for over a month now. I can not get a replament for broken unit that was barley used and broke. They also chagred me double of what a friend paid. Internet
I ordered the Luminess Air on line for the advertised price of $19.99. It took over a month for the product to be delived. It was not clear at all that there were 6 more payments of triple the advertsed price. I was already too late to return at this point so i kept the product not aware i also had an auto renwal on the makeup. This was not too dificult to cancel but i did need to pay for first shipment. I only used the product for about 3 weeks before it broke. It has been a month now of several attempts at obtaining a replcement unit. I have an unbeleivable email trail with customer service that is getting me no where but more frustated and when i try and call to a live person the line is always out of service due to call volume. I dont know what to do at this point in time but file a report with BBB.
