Luminess Direct LLC Dishonest Marking, Unauthorized Credit Card Charges, Difficulty in Returning for Credit Stafford Texas

I found out today that Luminess is charging me over $75 a month for the next 6 months for a system they advertised as $25.  I called to cancell out outshipments, but they informed me that I owed money for the system, which they said on the packing slip stated that I would owe $200 for.  This was not stated anywhere on the website or in the commercial.  They have my  credit card in their system, so I have no way of protecting myself from these charges.  I asked to return to the system--there is a satisfaction guarantee on the system.  They told me I needed the all original packaging and leaflets.  When I protested they told me to send it back, but if they didn't get it before a certain date, they would not refund my money.  

I am hoping I can stop payment to them through my bank, but I am not optimistic. I am a pretty saavy shopper and have a good education and I feel scammed.  I can only imagine how helpless others might feel when coming up against the business practices of this company.
