By giving my credit card number for shipping on a "free" product, the company and BofA maintains I agreed to their terms and conditions which were not made available at the time of giving the card.  14 days after the initial order my credit card was charged $99.01 apparently for contacting the company 3 days after the trial period.  The sample product arrived without a packing slip or instructions. I called the telephone number from my credit card statement to inquire why I had been charged to learn that the product was subscription based, so I canceled and was told I would be refunded. The operator even offered me a 30% discount to continue.  After weeks without a refund, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to which Striving Force LLC, Youth Lasting Look responded by faxing my bank  22 pages of illegible, duplicate copies of the internet order. In their letter they stated the terms and conditions that I previously was not made aware of.  "During the trial period, the customer is given 14 days to decide whether or not to continue with the product.  If the customer is satisfied with our product, they will continue onto a subscription program.  On the 15th day, the customer will be charged $93.06 from the same credit card provided during the initial order.  They will also be charged ever 30 days until the customer decides to cancel their subscription. Customers are free to cancel their subscription anytime and can do so by contacting customer service at 888-912-5442.  This customer service phone number is clearly provided on the webpage, email confirmation and packing slips." Additionally they sent "Customers that do not cancel before the 14 day trial expires are responsible for the full product cost and also any subscription charges there in as agreed in terms and conditions. A copy of the terms and conditions can be viewed a the following website: https://www.youthlastinglook.com/a_toc.php"

Product billing and shipping structure is as follows:

Day 1: $5.95 - initial product shipment of 30-day supply

Day 15: $93.06-No product shipment

Day 45: $99.01-Second shipment of 30-day supply

Day 75 $99.01-Third shipment of 30 day supply

Day 105-Until Customer Cancels: $99.01 with product shipment

This is crazy - who wants to be charged for a "free" sample and have to wait 45 days until they send the second product at these prices plus the product sample was not a 30 day supply (.5oz).  The website is not valid.  I called customer support numerous times to get a valid website without satisfaction.  The last customer support operator I spoke with announced to me "you lost your dispute" we don't have to talk with you and hung up.
