I replied to a facebook ad for Luminiscent serum " Free Trial" and when you click it  says something like " HURRY" only some certain amount of minutes left with a clock counting down the time and that they only have 30 " Free Trials" left for the day.

I clicked for my " Free Trial" filled out my information and that was it. Or so I thought.  At first I noticed from an email they had sent me that I was charged I think 11.99 which was for two products and delivery insurance. I called the company right away, which I am sure I can prove with my phone records and asked about the charges.

They said I had ordered eye cream as well as my " Free Trial" and I told them I had not, but I saw it and the websight makes you click to get to the next screen without any other options. I told them I did not want it and it was ridiculous to pay insurance for a trial size version of Luminiscent. I asked them why I would pay $4.95 for shipping and handling and than $1.99 for insurance, that was ridiculous. They said they would remove the charge. I never checked if they had.

About 10 days later the Luminiscent serum arrives with something called Luxlift eye creme. It was in a box with zero information except a post card looking thing with a picture of Luminiscent on it.

On May 22nd, 2017 I get charged $89.95 on my credit card from Rich Silk FA in CA and I show +1.00 charge than $1.00  and $1.00 from YOUTHSKIN 87 DALY CITY CA.  I don't know what it is but I realized it was the name charged for the shipping of the eye cream.

I called the company and told them I wanted to cancel and wanted my money back and would give the product back, which doesn't even work- what a shock!' They told me that I AGREED to these terms. I did not! These terms are not clear and or hidden.  Also, they said I had 14 days from the day I ordered it to cancel it, with with when it was delivered it would mean I had about 3 or 4 days. This is not an accident.

The customer service told me I still " owed" for the eye serum and was willing to give me his employee discount and wanted me to say an additional $22.00...HA! So now they were basically trying to scare me into paying them more money like a favior! I cancelled and they were supposed to send me an email conifrmation. I never got one.

I called back in a few hours and spoke to someone who I went over the whole story with again and they said they were going to refund me and would send me a email conformation and I asked for the # in advance and he gave it to me. I did not get an email conformation.

I now have to cancel my credit card so these scammers don't have access to my account.

This should be illegal. I wonder if the SHARK TANK peopkle know they are using their good name.
