Luminous Brites Ripped me off Glendale California

My experience is the same as the others. I tried to call twice and I got no response from the rep. I was told I needed an RMI number but they never sent it to me. I email the support email and they did not respond. I filed a report with the bank and they can not recover the money because no one can get back to the website to see the agreement and return policy. I returned the product they say they never got it because I didn't have their RMI number on it which they never sent me. It cost me $88.97 and the product is no good. It says in the email I originally got that it was free. Then in the fine print that I would receive product every month for $88.97 and I would have to call to cancel. I did but they will not refund my money and the bank can not recover it. The bank told me to call again and tell them I was going to fill a report with the District Attorney for Mail fraud.

They are a major rip off. I want it to go on the news. When I called they were very rude and told me they didn't have a supervisor and no one could call me back because they didn't have phone lines to call out.
