So this is how my "nightmare" begins, I was sent an email approx. 3 months ago and the email stated that you could receive a free trial of tooth whitener for shipping and handling fee only. I did pay the fee unbeknowst to me that would come back to haunt me 3 months later when they unlawfully charged my credit card for $88.97. As soon as I was charged, I checked the bank statement as to what was going on with this transaction.

The only clue I had to go on that it was from Glendale, Ca. I immediately contacted my local bank and was advised in order to be re-imbursed I must file a police report. The Police Dept. advised that they would report the unlawful transaction to the High-Tech Crimes Division but since the perpretators are not local, not much chance of getting any local enforcement agency to act on the complaint/report that I filed in order to satisfy the local financial institution.

Of course again, like so many that have reported this, I did try to call their #'s and that was the first thing I did but never got any answer than a blatent recording of how to "so call cancel" your account via email and then the recording would just hang up after that message. You could never leave them a message for you to call back. And forget about trying to cancel on the internet, after all what and when did you sign up for it? I sure never saw the "so called "fine print" to cancel after your "free trial".

I am just so furious after I learned what happened and like so many others that have complained as well about the same story, I knew that I was scammed as well which has made me madder than hell. The ironic thing is that after I reported all this to the authorities, they have the adasity to send me another kit with proper documentation this time. I have since turned this over to the local authorities as proof of this so called scam.

And of course, they now include how to cancel the future shipments but I sure dont recalling anything in the email to back up that I signed up for extra shipments, etc. One more thing to this story, my email has since disappeared and also the so called shipping and handling fee were never charged from the bank either. What a coinincidence! Thanks to RipOff Reports, I now know what happened and what to look for in the future.

Look the point is, is that we are telling the truth I just went through this situation with "IVORY BRITES" and and your ad was cross referenced/it came up when I was filling out the promo information and afterwards it popped up and tried to get me to sign up also, so you are the same company, but changed your name, there is no other way something like that could have happened, a wierd cltch yes I will buy that, but it would NEVER happen unless you are the same people who made changes to your site.

This business of giving all the information is an out right LIE, No where on the site does it say that your time begins the day you order, because if it were not one person would order, I placed my order, I did not receive an email for 3 days, then another 2 days went by before the money was charged to my account so I have already lost almost half of my "trial period" then it takes 3 days to get to me from where you are now it is over 1/2 (half) of my alloted time, Sorry you people are doing the bait and switch with the time, it is interesting also that you use metered/so you print them when you want to shipping labels, my label says it was shipped the day before you charged my account now there is not one company that ships before they get there money, You are a fraudulant company stealing from consumer's and I am going to do anything and everything to make sure the word gets out I have saved all of my information dealing with rip off people on ebay has taught me to fight back and that is what I am going to do.

Luminous Brites name change?

After recently filing my report to Rip Off Reports, just out of curiousity, decided to go find the website "Luminous Brites.com" to see if I could "cancel" my so-called account that I signed up for. Lo and behold, there is no such website now and now in place of it seems to be "Ivory Smiles" with the same concept of yada, yada, all spelled out for you but you better read the "terms of cancellation" really well. Even if you do try to cancel and wait for that "so-called RMA #" thru the email to send the product that (you didnt order in the first place) back to them, they also have a onslaught of rules when sending the product back to them. One that I personally like is not to write on the package, R.T.S. (return to sender), sounds really difficult to even send it back to where they would actually accept it back, maybe due to that fact that if they dont get the product back, they can "legally charge" you for it after all??? Kinda makes you really put 2 and 2 together. Check it out for yourselves and then draw your own conclusions. Just BeWare of all of this total scam.
Thank you for listening and hope you have a good outcome also. I was luckily re-imbursed after I filed a local police report and they do have
the "sample" that was sent to me and I surely hope they will have evidence now to go on. I am truly not wasting my money to send it back to them at this point. They owe me as the way I see it!
