The Service Center Luminox Watches Peoria Illinois

I was extremely disappointed when the SEAL LUMINOX watch I had purchased for my daughter presented with the luminous traser detached from the second hand and rolling about inside the watch like a roulette ball. It jammed the second hand from time to time thus making the watch slow and inaccurate.

I have friends in the Special Forces including the famed and renowned USN SEALs and I know of their superhuman training and extreme daily routine. Hence for this watch to fail when worn by a 10 year old girl is a big disappointment. No swim-run-swims, no firing of heavy weapons, no demolition exercises underwater, no hand to hand combat, no parachuting and it fails! How can this be??? A 10 year old schoolgirl who wears it to school and back and occasionally swims in a pool (NOT the sea) and this happens!? What the hell is wrong here???

I was also very annoyed when I brought it to their authorized service center here in Singapore. The attitude of their service centre is bad. He does not know this watch or its attributes. When he fixed back the second hand traser, it fell off again in few days and I had to waste time and carpark fees and money to go back to get it fixed.

Singapore is like LA. Can you imagine going from Santa Monica to downtown LA to fix something that should have been done right the FIRST time. This is bad. He charged me Two times and get this.. his fee for battery change is S$30 when the authorized service center for my Swiss Breitling watch charges ONLY $25 for my Brietling battery change. This is no good. He is another rip off creep.

I truly hope you can do something about it. The SEAL watch is not what it is advertised to be. This is upposed to be a super tough watch but it is NOT! When I wrote to the manufacturer and Service Center, there was NO reply!
