I've been playing in the online casino called Luna Casino and I made several deposits. Now I won 900 euros and I made a withdrawal. Then I received an email that my withdrawal has been canceled because there so called "Risk management" department says that I did not playing according there terms and conditions.

What I found out is that the casino has changed their terms and conditions without giving me a notice.

It turns out that in the new terms and conditions it is not allowed any more to place a bet that is larger than 10% of the bonus you received. As I never received a notice that the conditions have changed I was unaware of this.

I hope you can help me solve this problem and I hope that I receive my withdrawal of 900 euros.

I have been in contact with SkillOnNet, the casino provider. They told me that they will find it out and call me back, but they never did. Also I've sent them an email without response.

The support department of Luna Casino doesn't help me, they simply reply me with the message "the Risk department decided to cancel your withdrawal of 900 euros". And that's it, I just have to accept it.

I've also contacted the Gaming authority of Malta: https://www.playresponsibly.org.mt/complaints.aspx
But I'm still waiting for a reply.

I have a copy of the old and new bonus policy of the casino. If you send me an email I can send it to you as an attachement.

Thank you for your reply.

When I signed up for the account the terms & conditions were different. I have a copy of those conditions. From one day to another they changed them without notifying me.

Moreover they say: In the new terms you are not allowed to bet more than 10% of your bonus amount. That is in my opinion a crazy condition, because the software simply shouldn't simply allow me to bet more than allowed in the conditions.

Unfortunatly when the T&C or terms and conditions changed you would have accepted them blindly simply attempting to play your game. The courts do not take "ignorance" of a services T&C as an excuse anymore. All the company has to do is prove that you accepted the T&C everytime you logged in and your case is out the window.

Best Bet: Ditch them. Play your money to 0 then bail and find a better online casino. Odds are you wont see that money at all.
