After visiting my local Walgreens store I was asked to fill out a online survey about customer satisfaction. I went online and after I filled out the survey it asked me to claim my free gift. I chose lunar sleep aid. After choosing the gift. They requested that I pay $1.95 for shipping and handling.Fifteen days later I had a charge for 84.99 on my credit card.
I called the company the told me I signed up for recurring shipment and I agreed to a 14 day free trial and the bottle they sent me had 30 pills in it. I asked them to cancel and refund my money and they told me they could not that I agreed to the terms and conditions.
I have filed a case with my bank, but this is clearly a scam. I have contacted Walgreens to let them know what is happening with thier survey as well.
I want lunar sleep to refund the money to my credit card. I tried to reason with the 2 different people I spoke with but to no avail. Both were very rude and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they refused and stated I deal with them or they would dissconnect me.

Per usual the consumer DID NOT read what they were agreeing to. When YOU entered in YOUR payment information YOU clicked on a "I agree" tab that had a link to the Terms and conditions of the offer. YOU did NOT read what YOU were agreeing to. Which means that to YOU its a scam BECAUSE YOU couldnt take a few mins of YOUR oh so precious time and READ!!!
