If you met Lupe Tomicic Never Ever Ever believe what she tells you. In my opinion she should be in Jail. The apple does not fall far from the tree either! Lupe had taken advantage of me when both my parents had passed away and she knew I came into a little money and was coping with the death of both of them, she started becoming a friend and opened up to me.  She told me how well she did in real estate and investing and asked in I wanted to flip a home with her. Of course I said yes. She had ties with the owner of Excel Funding/ Wintrust Mortgage Nick Jurun and her son was holding the title of President of that company I had no reason to think she was a Fraud and took advantage of someone that was hurting as I did but evil people do not care. First she said we were going to invest in a property then she said Nicck Jurun needed the money for a bridge loan. None of it was true. I gave her $25,000. I am so mad at myself. Here is what I found out...All the properties she had she switched out of her name and the many in her companies names went bankrupted, she had about 3 -4 companies. She also put a few other homes in Rancho Palos Verdes and Los Angeles she put in her daughters name Julianne Tomicic, and son Steve Tomicic.

This happened a few years ago but just recently like 1 month ago I called to tell her I had Cancer and needed the money. She said she would pay me and asked if I had wrote about her on Rip Off Report like about 5 other people did and I said yes, I do not lie. She told me she would meet with me that week but was caring for her sick family member and asked in the meantime if I would remove what I wrote and I said I talk with them and see what I can do. All she wanted to know was if I was one of the people who wrote about her because she will not answer her phone, her door or a text. Oh I forgot to mention she actually sole my phone from her house. Yes, can you believe that! She must have taken it from my car because I could not find it, when I asked her she told me she never saw it. Good thing well, I thought it was a good thing it was a iphone and they tracked it and guess where Lupes house in Rancho Palos Verdes. She still denies it blaming it on her neighbor or her grandchild may have had it. I went to the neighbors and they had no idea what I was talking about then her grandchild never lived there like she said she did. I never got my phone back! In my opinion she is a fraud, she will scam you out of anything. I have met 3 families that she took their home from when it was going into foreclosure, you read about those stories on this website. I understand she is now doing estate sales and that my friend is a big mistake. I hope if you have met this family and Lupe asks for money, dont be a fool like me DO NOT GIVE HER MONEY! If anyone knows how I can try to get my money back please contact me and if anyone has any questions contact me. DONT DEAL WITH LUPE TOMICIC oh she may be using her maiden name. I believe its guadeleup durame. BE VERY CAREFULL!
