Lupura is deliberately deceiving and even lying to customers by the following practices.  First they claim their product is backed by clinical and scientific studies of the ingredients in their formula.  They use a proprietary formula which deliberately hides the individual dosage amount of each ingredient.  The studies they reference are based on using the ingredients at a specific dosage which is substantial.

Their proprietary formula's total dosage amount is far less than what the studies used for each ingredient.  When the ingredients are used at a smaller dosage amount they are rendered ineffective and the same scientific studies would not apply to their proprietry formula.

Lupura is deliberately trying to portray their brand as a crediible, well-established, scienitific and doctor recommended brand.  In fact they made up false information and are making deceptive claims that are deliberately deceiving Lupus customers to believe that they are a reliable and credible product when they are not.  I want other people to know what Lupura is doing to deceive customers so that no one else gets deceived like I was.

UPDATE: this report was a duplicated scam filed against multiple brands

AUTHOR: Matt - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 30, 2018

UPDATE:  On behalf on Lupura I wanted to post a follow-up update to the previous response.  First of all we now know this report was a duplicated spam report.  It was originally posted against another company: Lupufree https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/lupufree/houston-texas-77081/lupufree-lupufree-lab-lupufree-is-deliberately-scamming-customers-including-myself-by-put-1412020 and then later copied and pasted under the same alias with the same information.  None of the information that was posted against Lupura was accurate and though we know and can even prove it was spam, we have no power to remove the defamatory report.  Additionally, as of March of 2018, Lupura has changed it's label to a proprietary blend.  As a company we have always maintained and been committed to complete transparency but this became a necessary decison to protect the value of our brand. Our sole reason for this decision was to protect our formula from being replicated which unfortunately another company has already attempted to do.  To maintain our commitment to full transpareny however, we do fully disclose the ingredients and dosage amounts to healthcare practitioners prescribing the product to their patients who wish to know the specific ingredient amounts who agree to sign a non-disclosure.  Our commitment to integrity and transparency remain at the core of our company and we continue to strive to take all measures to protect those values.  Unfortunantely this false report was a situation that is beyond our control.

#1 UPDATE Employee

This report is absolutely 100% FALSE. We DO NOT use a proprietary formula and on the contrary are 100% transparent about our ingredients and their dosage amounts.

We are not sure who created this report but are certain it was no customer of ours.  The report is completely untrue.  One of our central platforms as a company and with our product is complete transparency so that our customers no exactly what is in the product and how much of each ingredient they are getting. This gives customers the ability to check for themselves regarding the efficacy of our product and consult with their doctor as necessary when taking it.  We are completely against proprietary formulas which seek to hide the actual dosage amounts of each ingredient. It is completely a contradiction and untrue statement to say our product is the very thing we speak out against (a proprietary formula).  There is one simple test to verify if we are a proprietary formula which is to look at the supplement label on our product.  If our product was a proprietary label it would say so on the supplement label and would not dislcose the individual dosage amounts.  However each ingredient in our product is listed individually along with the individual dosage amount.  We are and always have been completely transparent with our product.  We have attached the product label here so any one who looks can see for themselves that this claim is 100% untrue.
