We ordered Paxton on Monday of this week, November 7th, 2016 and this morning, she was to be delivered to us.  Its Veteran's Day and my husband wanted her today, as he is active reserve on this day.  We got an email from the Breeder, David Loerman from his gmail accoutn stating that she was being dropped off at the airport and all was ok with her.  She was healhty and was able to make her flight.  That email was around 6:00 am Central time.  About 7:30 we received another email stating that there was some issues with her as she had no pet insurance.  Then there was email sent with over 900.00 in fees and charges that needed to be paid before we could receive Paxton (or Macy or what ever picture was up of her, another report stated that these people were using the same pictures of their dogs just changing the name). 

THIS WAS OUR CONFIRMATION LETTER:

Hi,
     we are very pleased hearing back from you and happy you will be taking Paxton, you will be making the payment via a Western union using the receiver's details below so we can start processing paperwork, shipping and delivered arrangements for him to be shipped and delivered to your home within 48 hours of purchase. Locate yourself a Western union store and request to do a Western union wired money transfer, they will provide you a form, where you will fill in the receiver's details as written below and hand it to the cashier alongside the cash amount to be send and they will they would process the payment and get back to you with a confirmation receipt that the money has been sent, which you will take a picture of it and sent back to us , so we start processing paperwork .

The above amount includes Home delivery fees which is $500 for the puppies and $50 for home delivery charges, which means upon arrival at the airport, she would  be delivered to your house directly using a delivery service Van from the airport on the day she arrive. Email us a picture of the receipt soon as you get done with the payment so we can proceed. I contacted both Western Union and filed charges against these people but I will not know anything for a few weeks. I did also contact Chase Bank to alert them of the charges but am not hopeful that we will get our money back because we authorized the charges for Western Union withour Debt card. 

We have tried to contact David for several hours now but he has stopped responding. Sadly, this has happened to other people this week too.
