LUX Facial Cream Demotologie Age Defying Cream I ordered this on the 9th of April, I did not receive it until the 20th. 

I ordered LUX, a facial cream that was connected with Dutchess Kate.  I discovered it on a posting on YAHOO and for $4.95 I decided to give it a try.  They said it was a 30 day trial period which sounded worthwhile, but after I ordered it they sent an e-mail saying it was a 14 day trial period, and that the trial began the day that you ordered it.

That's when I got angry and e-mailed them back and told them not to send it.  They said that you would receive it within one business day, but that didn't happen.  I ordered on April 9th, and received it on the 20th.

I called them a day or so later and told them that I had received it late and they expanded my trial period to May 8th.  They said if I called by May 9th I could cancel the whole deal.  I had lost the box it had come in and tried to find a phone number when I came across these reports.  I used the number on "Carol's" report to contact them and got thru to them.

They attempted to charge me the full amount ($99), then offered me 25% off.  I said "absolutely not", "no way" to both of those offers because it was them who had told me I could cancel it all.  Then they said it was good for 30 days before I'd be charged, and I nearly screamed at them.  They finally agreed to cancel the whole thing, but I certainly kept the phone number, and I'll watch my bank account.
