Lux international sales Aps Lux Style Charged for goods not ordered after browsing website, sent goods and asked for payment ODENSE DENMARK Denmark

 I was browsing their website, put in personal details but realised the cost of delivery was high so did not place the order. About 1 week later I received the products which I had looked at online with the bill for £64.85. As I hadn't ordered these I imeadiatley went online to find the address to return the items. I heard nothing until the 10 day deadline was past at which point I told them I would return products by writing return to sender on the envelope. I realised from looking online that many other people had been ripped off in the same way. I have since had further letters saying they have not received the products back and are now charging me £94.85 for late payment! I have emailed but just hear the same thing back over and over again.
