Simply terrible. I've never enountered worse customer service in my life. I ordered a set of Egyptian Cotton sheets after purchasing a groupon. First they sent me the wrong size sheets. After trying to call and email they took almost 2 weeks to get back to me (after the message stating it would take 5 business days to respond). Then they said they couldn't replace the sheets I ordered, but would give me a credit towards another purchase if I agreed to pay for monogramming and shipping. I refused and they said that if I at least pay for shipping then they would send me the correct sheets. I agreed and they told me that they would send me paypal info to bill for the shipping. Another week or so went by and they had not sent me the info. I emailed back and they said that they are out of the sheets I purchased and offered me the same credit as before to purchase other items if I will pay for monogramming and shipping... I wish I read about them here before getting suckered in... Add me to the list that would give them zero stars if it were an option
