They may be known as luxurylife but its Carlos Rey and Andy McWilliams who left ACN are trying to persuade us and the rest of their ACN network to join their pyramid. Apparently they do meetings in Miami, so if you attend and persuade others to join their scheme you are breaking the law and criminal charges could be brought against you as a participant. Perfect4U Going Strong in North America

AUTHOR: Perfect4umanager - (Canada)

POSTED: Sunday, March 30, 2008

Perfect4u, called a few different names over the past 3 years, is enjoying a strong launch in North America in some major cities. Yes, Perfect4u has different names around the world but is now being branded under the same name - Perfect4U. It's quite obvious that there are a few certain people attacking the Perfect4U name for their own personal reasons. This will stop shortly because there will be too many people enjoying the benefits and the business opportunity that Perfect4U One Vision offers and it will drown out these attackers.

Enjoy your little 'glory' now boys, it won't last long. Hey, how about joining P4U and making some money instead of wasting your time trying to deface it. ;)

I been working Carlos Rey and Andy Mc Williams for a couple of years now and they are good people that wants to help people around them.
I being with LuxuriLife and they have been so good with everybody. I made over $10,000 on the first month and I am so happy with them.
I understand that people are frustated because they have don't been able to make money either with ACN nor LuxuriLife and I feel sorry for them.
You should find something else to do.
Luck to you.

Extortion?

AUTHOR: George Basra Singh Is Novicenetworker - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, December 31, 2007

Crawl back under your rock George!

There is currently a guy on trial in the UK for trying to extort 100,000 from Rob Fitzpatrick.

OR

Is the truth that he had a verbal agreement with Rob, which Rob failed to keep? By all acounts it wouldn't be the first time.

George you are starting to cause Rob a lot of problems now by your actions and your incompetence has damaged Perfect4u beyond belief.

So, if you really want to destroy Perfect4U for everyone left, continue in the same vain.

It is up to you!

Perfect4u have a problem with you!

AUTHOR: George Basra Singh Is Novicenetworker - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 29, 2007

You will probably have worked out that the starter of this thread is George (Basra) Singh. He is Rob Fitzpatrick's poodle.

It would seem that the high fliers of luxurilife were going to do business with these two muppets, but after taking a quick look decided NO WAY!

George and Rob have started up and then bounced many companies, oweing commisions, managers, lawyers, security men, printers, hotels - the list goes on...

Rob will then say sorry buddy we,ve gone bust. But he and George will have stolen millions.

I will post a list of their failed companies later, along with Rob and Georges contact details.

Les Conceirge maybe interested if they wish to sue Fitzpatrick and Basra?

No scam !!what are you talking about?

AUTHOR: 70sgirl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, December 07, 2007

Luxurilife has been doing a softlaunch , it hasn't even fully launched !! it has been less than a month and yet it is being attacked!!Obviously someone is jealous, or angry at the owners.

I go to the weekly presentations . I am a rep of Luxurilife and there are no scams .

About the $3,500 it is a for an exclusive membership, it is NOT a fee to get in . It is a membership fee, just like the one you pay to be a Sam's Club member!

So what benefits do you recieve with your membership?First of all it is for 2 years not one...That is $1750 per year,$145 per month $146 per month,$4.87 per day to receive exclusive discounts for members in national stores, local stores, awesome travel deals, personal assistant services , (which I researched with another company you would pay $700 a month)a chance for people with a business to put their business at the disposition of thousands of customers and a chance for the person who needs to make some income to become a rep a sell memberships , the same way you would have a job selling cars, vaccums, etc...

So lets leave Luxurilife alone . When there are actual facts that this is a scam , then let's talk. To be a scam you would have to pay for something, you would not recieve and this is not the case in Luxurilife, which has only been open to the public for about a month.

Linda Jenkinson, LesConcierges and Momentus

AUTHOR: Art7 - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, November 29, 2007

Les Concierges Inc. is known to have scammed its employees repeatedly by promising them commissions and then reneging on the deal. The company has been sued numerous times in San Franicsco Superior Court for fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, various types of discrimination and the list goes on and on. They also have numerous liens against them by the state of california. This information is real and verifiable. Just go to the San Franicsco Superior Court website www.sftc.org. Click on the search by name box. Then type in lesconcierges. It will bring up the cases under that name. Once you have reviewed those do the same search with les concierges. It will display cases under that name. You can also type in Linda Jenkinson-she has been sued individually as well.
She and her "partner" a power broker by the name of Ramesh Patel ( quite a piece of work) have scamed their vendors, employees, the government and anyone else who would let them get away with it. As for Momentus-that outfit is run by one of their investors by the name of Daniel Tocchini. Mr. Tocchini fronts himself as a "Christian counselor" who is supposedly involved in seminars supposing to bring people to "Jesus" through intensive psycho/religious techniques. He co-authored a book calle Killing the Victim before the victim kills you. Participants in his expensive seminars are required to sign a hold harmless release which is supposed to absolve him and his followers of any "harm" caused by his techniques. You can Google momentus and/or Dan Tocchini to to find out more about the connection. Jenkinson brought Tocchini on as an "investor" and made him a vice president of the company. More on all of this later.

Are you seriously not seeing the picture in Luxurilife

AUTHOR: Mlmlifer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 23, 2007

This program looks alot like a money tree program.
If it makes it 2 years it will be lucky.

Ask yourself some simple questions.

Where is Mr. Rey and Mr McWilliams headquarters for this company?
How do they supply distributor support?
How about customer support?
Who sends you the commission checks?
How do you know you will get it?
Why is there such a lack of compensation information on the Luxurilifes site?
How about owner information?
How about a contact phone number on the site?
Who is funding the program?
Why is the commissions so high? Why not lower the price to get started?
$3,500 to get started are you serious?

Since the product doesn't supply the commissions and the distributor fees fund the program, how many of your friends have to loose their money so you can get paid?

What type of reporting system does Mr.Rey and McWilliams provide you to track the commissions you have earned?

The smart thing to do here is not look at the hype of the presentation and possible benefits of the discounts but rather the structure of the business model itself and the structure of the corporation and partners behind it.

The final question is this since there are only benefits that come from this so called benefits program ask yourself this.
Does it seem possible everyone joining has a chance to win with this company or do a mass majority of $3,500 investors have to fail for the program to work?

The only people walking away with money from this deal is the originators and their friends.

I would dig a little deeper if I were you.

Luxurilife

AUTHOR: Mike Carter - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 21, 2007

I see someone posted negative feedback about Luxurilife. I just wanting to know where this individual received their information. After I read the comments I didn't see where they gave any kind of facts about there claim of this being a scam. I was introduced to Luxurilife from a friend in Jacksonville, FL. this week and started doing my research and found this. I have not joined yet but all my research has shown this is a very creadible business and is offering a vaule to there customers. I'm wondering if the person that posted this comment is just someone upset with one of the owners or what. I would hope that if they have evidence of there claim then they need to disclose that to us. If they are just trying to stir up something then I hope that there effects are in vain and cost them something. Does anyone else have anything?
