  They said I ordered trial size products of their eye cream. I have never received their products . Because I did not cancel within the 14 day trial. They charged my debit account once for $92.99 and again for $92.77. When you call you cannot speak to a supervisor and are told they do not give refunds !!!! When you talk to a customer service agent they are extremely hard to understand and obviously from a third world country . The only thing they will do is to cancel your monthly shipment.
