UNDER OHIO LAW there exists remedies for both civil and criminal damages. The office of the County Procecutor should not be used to collect in matters that are not criminal, but are simply civil in nature.

In August of 2014, Demetros Prokos traded a car from his dealership Luxury Auto in return for various work performed by a contractor on his Athens properties. After over a year and a half, he never delivered title to the car and reported it to Keller Blackburn as being stolen.

The office of the Procecutor and Keller J Blackburn obtained an indictment against the contractor and sent two agents to Canton, Ohio to retrieve the car. The same day the car was returned to Prokos and right back on his car lot for sale.

Prokos is a contributor to the Prosecutor re election fund. Simply put, the Athens County Prosecutor intimadetes one by stating "if payment is not rendered CRIMINAL charges will be brought. This tatic is unlawful and is commonly know as "COMPOUNDING A CRIME".
