• In September 2015, I decided to purchase what was presented as a new gentleman's Rolex Oyster Perpetual, with 18K Gold, and Stainless steel.  They asked for $3600, I offered $3000, which Don told me , that the price is what it costs from dealer to dealer.   I made the decision to buy the watch, and they promptly took $3000 from my credit card.     I waited, weeks passed, than months.  I called, asked them to cancel the purchase, and return my money to my account.   George that calls me back, says he cannot return the money, because the watch is in the mail, on way to me.  

• I watch Luxury Liquidators,  at 9pm, 12am, or 1am to 4am ending on channel 158 of Verizon and used the phone number 855-899-9713.   Finally, the watch arrived, around mid Nov-begining December not in any original packaging, clearly used, and did not fit any wrist < 7.5 inches.  The following day, I called George  I was not  happy with the appearance of the rolex, and that it did not fit, so needed to return it.  I asked George for an RMA number, he responded that he was on his cell phone at the time, and would simply send UPS to pick up the watch the following morning.   I had a visitor, and and we both delivered the box to the UPS man, whom George had sent.Then came my chasing George, and customer service, to return the money to the card, which by now,  they had held   I called looking for my money, never got the refund, than after 1-2 months, George stoped taking my calls.  A few months later, all call  numbers had no response, or were not in service at Luxury Liquidators, than the TV show dissapeared.

• Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.    I do not have much money at all, but I thought this is something I could save for my son, as a family heirloom and graduation present.
