This company is dishonest, unreliable, and rude. I have purchased several things from this company to sell to my customers until I had a customer complain to me that the purse I sold them was fake. I replied back to my customer apologizing profusely and asker her to kindly send the item back to me so I could have it looked at by a professional.

The purse was a Gucci shoulder bag. When I recieved the item back I traveled 3 hours away to take the bag to the nearest Gucci store to have it looked at. The woman at the counter was very caring and advised me to the store manager who was also very kind and genuinely concerned with my complaint. He examined the purse very closely and confirmed that my purse was indeed a fake!!! He told me that Gucci had never even made this model of purse before!!!

I tried to Luxury Magazzino several times with no reply. They have no phone number on their website and no email address either. All they have is a contact form that you can fill in and send which they don't answer to either. Weeks went by with no reply. To get their attention I decided to order another item off their website. To my suprise the item showed up at my door 5 days later with a thank you note! They respond immediately when someone gives them money, but disappear off the face of the planet when there is a problem.

The top lies that this company will tell you:

1.) all of our products are 100% authentic.

TRUTH: this is complete crap!!! Gucci themselves said this seller is a fraud.

2.) you can return items and get a full refund.

TRUTH: they do not answer emails or phone calls if you mention anything about returning an item. Their refund and return policy is a complete lie.

3.) with our drop ship program you get updates on new products, inventory lists, and immediate updates when a product is sold out or if the quantity decreases.

TRUTH: you have to pay $100 dollars to sign up for this program and then they charge you $50.00 a month for the "product updates" and "inventory lists'." You will get one inventory list right you sign up and that is the last time you get an inventory list. They never send you updates about items sold out. Numerous times I have had a customer order something from me and I went to Luxury Magazzino to place their order. To my suprise the item is no longer available on their website. No email. No response. If you ask them why they haven't been notifying their drop shippers about quantity decreases they shoot off an incredibly rude email saying, "check your email filter!?!?" Whats funny is that I ALWAYS got email from them when they would confirm and order that I placed, but NEVER any emails about products out of stock. The emails are sent from the same address. I guess my spam filter must be stupid.

I trusted this company. I put the success of my business and the happiness of my customers in the hands of this company and they turned out to be a complete sham. The fake Gucci purse tops the list. I am in the process of organzing a class action lawsuit against this company. Anyone else who has been ripped off by this company is welcome to take part. We already have 300 members.
