Luxury Pools,LLC aka Luxury Pools of MI aka Greg Ibrahim Scam Pool Contract - Work Not Completed After 8 Months Since Breaking Ground Shelby Twp Michigan

 My family contracted with Greg Ibrahim and Luxury Pools of Michigan in September of 2016 and gave him 10% down to start the project. They did not break ground till November of 2016 due to supposed problems with pulling our permit. They put up walls and poured footings in early December 2016. We did not see any contractors at our home to continue witht he project till May of 2016. Please not that we had to pay 80% of the project when they broke ground in November of last year. As of July 2017 my yard is still a complete mess and very minimal work has been done. They actually had to re do most of the footing as they let them sit too long. One of the contractors decided to stil on the pool wall which has caused it to bend. We have backfill all over our yard, a gas line intalled and pool heater, a pool filter and piping that is not connected and the electrician cannot complete the work till the pool builders show back up. To build a liner pool takes between 8 to 12 weeks at most. Luxury Pools broke ground over 9 month's ago and this pool is nowhere near done. Greg keeps committing that his crew's will show up and 95% of the time they do not. Debris and various other safety hazards have been left in my yard for month's at a time which my husband and I have had to clean up. People be warned: As the homeowner YOU are responsible should someone get hurt. My husband and I are going to have to fill in the trench from the gas line since Greg's people have not shown up to do so. Our attorney sent Greg a letter stating they had to get the pool done and gave the company 30 days. Greg stated he never got the letter and that would not influence him to get things done. There is always an excuse and new promises that are never fulfilled. As of July 2017 he is now operating under the name of Alpha Pools and while Greg claims the are going to finish our pool, we continue to be given empty promises and commitments.
