Luz Maria Liriano lied about me in sworn affidavits and in the court as well. Some of the lies told were, she signed an affidavit saying I punched her in the arm which was used in court to profile me as an abusive spouse. I am not an abusive spouse and I never hit Luz Maria Liriano. She later admitted in court on March 31 2010 in the Lowell district court that I never punched her. She tried to claim it was a translation error but that was a lie. She had interpreters one whose name was Carmen Maldonado and worked as her advocate. I highly doubt that she did not know what she was signing but she made the claim that she didn't understand.

Well I have evidence suggesting that she did understand what she was signing like her English notes from 2008 and earlier. I also have some pictures showing she was writing English in her country before she came to the United States. I also have receipts for Rosetta Stone volumes 1 and 2 for learning English that was given to her before she came to the U.S. She studied and practiced English with me so I know she understands English. She even bragged how she was the best student in her class.

Luz Maria Liriano also went to court on November 3rd 2009 and claimed that I hurt her throat by forcing her to have oral sex which is why she couldn't talk. She made a huge mistake on this day because she must not have realized that on October 19th 2009 which was 3 days after she falsely claimed the incident took place (she stated on March 31, 2010 that the incident where she falsely claimed her throat was hurt occurred on October 16, 2009) she was in the Lowell district court with a perfectly fine voice.

Also on October 23, 2009 one week after she falsely claimed I hurt her throat by forcing her to have oral sex she was in the Cambridge Middlesex Court for a divorce case where her voice was again perfectly fine. On October 30 2009 we again went to Cambridge Middlesex Court (I don't have the court hearing for this date but have it for the other dates I ran out of money) and her voice again was perfectly fine.

On November 3, 2009 Luz Maria Liriano all of a sudden has a sore throat and is claiming I did it by forcing her to perform oral sex. This is a blatant lie in fact there was absolutely no sex at all on October 16,2009 and I have never forced her to perform oral sex on me. I don't know what happened to her throat or if there was even an injury but if there was an injury it did not come from anything I did to this woman. She was lying about me which is why I am filing this report.

There were many other lies told about me by this woman some of them are documented in the Lowell district court in restraining order hearings. This woman has done some severe damage to my reputation by lying about me.

Luz Maria Liriano has admitted that she lied about me but the damage was already done. This woman should publicly apologize to me for all the lies she has told. My children are suffering because of all the damage this woman has done to me. She should be prosecuted for her crimes like perjury and fraudulent claims. I believe she self petitioned to get her green card and as a result of this self petition she got it.

I have no way of knowing how many more lies were told about me to obtain this green card and may never know.

To date there are tapes posted on youtube account bonitomv where you can listen to these tapes and hear for yourself Luz speaking English, Luz translating Spanish to English, Luz admitting I never Punched her, Luz's voice clear on 2 court dates before the November 3rd 2009 hearing. It's pretty obvious she was making up this story. I had a lot of other information posted on a linked in account but that account was deleted and the business account I used to find work on Linked in was also deleted either today 7/23/12 or last night 7/22/12.

It's been extremely difficult for me to find work because of Luz Maria Liriano's lies and my name has been ruined in the industry I use to work in so I have been forced to take any job offered. Despite the attacks I have endured  and I have remained employed even though I don't make much money but I am not on welfare like Luz Maria Liriano was on and may still be on currently. I have worked all my adult life and will continue to work even if it's a job I don't like because I don't believe in going on welfare just because you don't want to work. Anyone able to work should get a job and leave welfare for people that don't have a choice and really need it.

Luz Maria Liriano had a choice to work, she was given training and chose not to work. People like this should not be rewarded simply because it's easier to tell a few lies, have another baby and go on welfare.  Hold this woman accountable for her crimes and destroying another persons life.
