Luzerne County Children And Youth they took my children Wilkes-barre Pennsylvania

on january 27 2006 me and my soon to be ex-husband returned home around 3 pm. from a furnal. and children and youth were parked along side my appartment building. we wnt inside to pick up my other 2 children and my mom who was watching them to head over to the school to pick up my 2 oldest children when we were walking out the door they were on my porch and asked if they could talk to me i said yes. we went inside and they told me the state police were on there way because they thought my son was home alone because my mother did not hear them knock because she was trying to get the baby down for a nap and my son looked out the window to the back door the door was locked so he could not open it. then they said that my oldest went and told his teacher that his dad hit him that morning. they asked me if i had seen him do it and i said no i was not in the room at the time. when the police showed up they ripped my husband out of the kitchen chair and told him to leave they pushed hm around outside and pushed over the railing on our porch i could hear him screaming from inside. then the cys told me he had to leave untill they were done invasgating and i said ok do i need to get a lawyer and they said if you want to. well we stayed in the house talking untill my upstairs neighbor got back from picking up my kids because they would not let us go get them. when they got home the cys talked to them then there father came back but he stayed across the street he wanted them to ask me to get him some clothes and i did but the police told him to leave and pushed him again i got his clothes and he left. when i got back inside they said they were taking the kids but never told me why. so i gave them the kids medicane and other things they need and the police officer screamedin me and my mother's face and said we were hitting the kids. then they told me to be in court at 8 am monday it was now allmost 5pm on a friday. so i started calling lawyers and i left messages then i went to my inlaws to tell my husband that they took the kids. we appiled the decision a few months later because they found it to be indacted. then we got a new case worker and she helped us get the children placed with there father's family. we started with 3 hour supervised visits then they let us have unsupervised visits and we were suppose to get them back in june 2007 but my and my husband separted because i did not trust him and i was scared it would happen again. well after he moved out he started harrsing me and the cys decided to give the family members custody because they did not want to put them back in a dangerous situation. i don't know why they did that knowing we were still waiting to hear about our appeal. well i receaved the papers in the mail in feb.2008 the said we won and it was changed to unfounded and that cys had to destory there records. i went and filed for custody and i had a masters hearing on april 1,2008 and was given unsupervised visits and they were setting up a court date which was suppose to be 45 days from that date but somebody got to the master and he never took the papers to the judge. i want to know why cys was there when it was closed and my lawyer is trying to find out who stopped it and can they do that but nobody is telling him or me anything. so if anyone can help please let me know thank you.
