I purchased a vac cleaner from this company by credit card following a TV ad . They have since used my credit card details to make 4 deductions(1.60, 1.60. 89.95 and 39.95) . I am having problem getting the card company to reimburse me for this and am unable to contact these people or an explanation. its just not good enough.
