LVNV Funding LLC Reporting delq. balance 0f 252.00 on an account that never existed. Nationwide

I recently received a credit report showing that LVNV Funding has a collection for $252. on my Trans Union Credit Report. I called LVNV Funding and I asked what the collection for that amount was, They reported to me that they had no such account. Then, I called Trans Union and asked them what it was for they said it had been turned over to LVNV Funding from MCI. I called MCI and asked them what this was regarding, as I, nor my husband, had never had an account with MCI, and the service isn't even offered in our area!!! MCI had no reference to an account in or names(S.S.I Numbers, address ect.) either. Afterward, I called Trans Union Back and told them that we are disputing the LVNV Funding report as it is an account that never existed. Trans Union said it could take up to 30 days to remove the report.
