Perrin Crest Apartments on Uhr lane in San Antonio are the WORST apartments I have ever lived in. Lynd Company only cares about money. They are total slumlords. The apartments are crap and falling apart. The appliances are the original ones from 25 years ago. They refuse to replace anything in the apartment. I lived here and made numerous complaints about sewage draining all over the parking lot, and backing up into my apartment and nothing was done. I filed many work orders to have things fixed and no one ever showed up.

Stephanie in the leasing office is two-faced and she will be all nice to your face and then talk smack about you to the neighbors and even tell them your financial business. I have seen her deal drugs out of the office and I have seen her prostitute herself to various "johns" in the office. Hayley in the leasing office is a dumb c**t and she will ignore any complaints you make. Keep in mind, these people have a key to your home. So who knows what they are doing in it when you are at work. The price of these apartments is ridiculously expensive for living in a rat and roach infested home. The security gate is ALWAYS broken, there is supposed to be a security patrol but I had never once seen him. The neighborhood has gangs and I have heard gunshots many nights.

The windows are so closely positioned to the next building, that I can see square into their bathroom and they can see into mine. I can reach out the window while on the toilet and shake hands with someone in the next building, while they are on their toilet as well. GROSS!!

When I moved out, they made up all these fake excuses and charges. I left my apartment in immaculate condition. Months later, I get notified by a collection agency saying I owe this delapitated apartment complex thousands of dollars.

You have to pay for pest control every month but I have never once seen an exterminator out at the apt. The roaches and rats are evident that no pest control has ever been completed. I even paid to have my own contractor work on some electrical wiring because the maitenence man is a drug addicted illegal and he doesn't know anything except how to roll a joint and cut lines in cocaine. My contractor told me that in the attic of my building, it was filled will rat droppings and that rats had chewed thru the wiring. He also told me that there was evidence that a homeless person was living in the attic. When I reported this to the office, they laughed. Nothing was done.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They will do nothing but steal your money from you.
