Lynne Marie Teinken MS, LMHC Lynn Tienken Investigated by WA Department of Health for Breach of Contract and Confidentiality Redmond, Washington

Ms. Tienken is currently under investigation by the WA State Department of Health for these offenses.

Ms. Lynn Tienken breached her own confidentiality agreement and patient provider consent agreements. She makes it clear, multiple times in her patient agreements, (www.lynntienken.com Forms) she will not become involved in any litigation. There are a few exceptions noted, our case was none of these. 

Any couples using Ms. Tienken for therapy should be 100% aware, Ms. Tienken may "take sides" and write declarations for your spouse, to be used soley for litigation.

In my divorce case, Ms. Tienken even conferred with opposing counsel and altered her statements, to specifically meet litigation objectives, ie. "making the story better."

During our counseling, I thought Ms. Tienken provided good therapeutic support. You can imagine my surprise 2 years later, having not seen her, writing declarations to the courts, for litigation purposes.
