I ordered an electric scooter, the type you stand and ride.  It took forever to get it.  I had a special basket sent to them to put on the back.  The salesman at Scottsdale said it had been shipped.  I waited the correct time and when it wasn't in, called for a tracking number.  They put me off for days, saying they needed to call UPS.  Every morning I was put off till almost closing time and then it would turn into the next day.

After I finally received it, one of the cables went out on the charger.  I had to send it back but got a male representative in town to assist me, thinking he might get something done where I couldn't.  They started hounding him to be a dealer for them since he had a bike shop already.  They gave him the round around also so I told him to call the main man in Utah, which resulted in action.

Buyer beware if you have to replace any parts.  They all come from Scottsdale!  I understand the batteries are very expensive and can only be found through this company and you have to have two because they work together.  Whoa is me, I haven't a key to take them out when the time comes, much less the money to buy new ones! My representative isn't at all sure if he wants to be a dealer for them now.
