I wanted to leave my home in my will to my brother in sSouth Carolina. I live in NJ. This company worked with brother and myself and also built a 2 4ft. rock walls for $24,450.25 that was paid in full under duress. I am a multiply disabled person who fell and cracked 4 ribs because this fraudulent company refused to reinstall lamp post/flag pole they took down.
I have reported them to consumer affairs who says because he did not respond to them, I should retain an attorney. I can't financially or heath am able to do that so am again writing and posting this company to you and will continue to berate this company forever.
This business is getting away with abuse and fraud since they were not qualified to build retaining wall and threatening customers with law suits

We have been in business for over 45 years, and have hundreds of extremely satisfied customers.
Ms. Perisa suffered from severe MS and regularly had lapses in her memory. Her brother, Patrick, helped me navigate dealings with his sister. He assisted in getting our final payment.
The job was done, inspected and approved 100%. It is all on record with the design engineer and the town Board of Health. Unfortunately, I was a victim of Maria’s mood swings. There are many people, as well as, contractors that can back me up about Ms. Perisa’s emotional condition.
I have many documented complimentary comments about my company.

On Tues December 11, 2012 unbeknownst to me and without my presence, contact or permission this company came to my home and did an awful instillation of my lamppost.flag and lights 24/7 that they broke to light my flag. I am a person living with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis since 1996.
I have a receipt for $ 1,516.25 from an electrical contractor dated January 2, 2011 who did original work. This sleazy company (M&B) thinks they I called m&b and complained with again NO RESPONSE. They are arrogant and beyond unprofessional. I will pursue this company everyday and many years hoping they lose asmnay jobs as possible. Please help me out this awful owner, Sean Maybe.

Update second time December 6, 2012
This horrible company has ignored efforts by Consumer Complaints therefore continue to seek help for company to reinstall f*g pole with lightening and street lamp post that was dismantled to replace septic tank that cost me $14, 900.00. Owner Sean Maybe refused the efforts of my family (did not call back) to resolve this problem. The lightening bill on January 2, 2011 is $1,516.25 (copy upon request). Again, without lightening I fell and brook 4 ribs in addition to him placing large boulders on carport that impedes parking.
A neighbor has already contacted me bout the incident and decided to hire someone else. Please do not hire this inadequate company or do so at your own risk.
