M K Developers ripoff unethical business practices company accepted work in a different city, and while building this condo on Fort Lauderdale overspray completely covered my car. Company now refuses to pay for removal of overspray even though the project manager assured me the bill would be paid by the company. Naples Florida

MK Developers(from Naples) was building a condo on Fort Lauderdale Beach Florida. My car (and my bosses) was coated with overspray from the painting of this condo. My boss had her car taken care of by this company--no problem. When I went to the project mnager to report this problem, he came to my car to see the damage. I was then told to have this problem taken care of at my expense, and I would be reimbursed for this expense. I did this and then took the bill to the site where there was a trailer with company personnel inside. After 2 months of repeated calling to see when the check would be cut for me, I was then informed that there would be no check forthcoming and I would have to pay this expense myself. I feel that this is certainly unfair as the company caused this damage and now the owner has no intention of acting responsibly and seeing that I am reimbursed for this damage. Can you help?
