M & M Sales, Inc. Advantage 20 X Multi-Purpose CleanerJames MooreJames Moore5812 Lucky DrHenderson, NV 89011 Door-to-door salesman sold me 8 bottles of cleaner on 12/07/2015, but never delivered the product. I called several times, texted James Moore several times. I was told different dates the product is coming, but it never was delivered. I asked for refund.I am not getting any response from them. I should have known it was a scam the same day when I was told they have the cleaners in their van and they will deliver it after they are done their door-to-door sales. I paid $300.00 for a lesson that thought me not to trust anyone who wants to make a living knocking door-to-door.. Buena Park California

On 12/07/2015 Brandon Elliott who works for James Moore, sold 8 bottles of cleaners that he promised to deliver the same day but he never delivered. The next day I called the phone number on the invoice and spoke to Mr. Moore. He told me he will deliver the products in couple of days. Few days later I called Mr. Moore, he said they didnt get the shippment yet. Few days passed I called again Mr. Moore, he said he will send the products in mail. on 12/12/2015 I asked for refund from Mr. Moore there is no response. Today, 12/22/2015, I called Mr. Moore to tell him I didnt get the product and I want my money to be refunded, he is not picking up the phone. I tried Better Business Beurau's website, they are not registered in California. They are Nevada based business. I came across to hundreds of customer reviews that its a scam.

 Yes the costumer was issued a full refund due to the fact of mailing to wrong costumer... we are very sorry thank you.

Issue Resolved, Money Refunded

The owner and the sales representative assured me that they have sent the cleaners but it went to a wrong address. On 01/27/16 the issue has been resolved - M & M Sales, Inc. refunded the money.

Today 01/11/2016, a Mediator for M & M Sales, Inc. called me asking to remove the comment from online and that my cashiers check is in the mail, I told him I'll remove my report and even post that they refunded the money, once I have the check cashed and cleared. Five minutes later, a secreatary for M & M Sales, Inc. called me to tell me that they need the original reciept signed and sent back to them so they can refund the money. When I asked to have this this request sent to me by mail on a company letterhead - she refused. She told me that it will take 30 to 90 days for the cashiers check to be propcessed. Something is not right here! One person says it's in the mail the other says 30 to 90 days. Go figure who I spoke to.
