M Models an Talent M Models and Talen scam Toronto, Ontario

 In June of 2011 I signed on with and agency called M Models. I unfortunately gave them $740.00 to begin the porfolio and managment process, I had done research and everything checked out more on the positive side than the negative at the time. The photoshoot was done by some amateur photographer from the Sun Newspaper and bad at it.
 
I then never heard from my "agent" Olivia M. I was told she was my agent by the receptionist. I was sent on two auditions, one of them which I had gotten. I never heard from anyone during or after the show, I had e mailed many times, left several voicemails, and messages with reception. I never heard back from anyone. Again I called and asked if Olivia was there, it turns out she had left the agency a while back. No one told me that MY "AGENT" had left.
 
I then got transferred to a guy named Sean and apparently he was my agent now, I had not received a single call or e mail in return. i also was not given a copy of my contract as told i would be given. I made numerous attempts to mee with this individual to discuss my contract, career and some documentation I required to keep a certain subsidy. I was trying to do everything above board. When I finally got a hold of Sean and asked him to clarify this situation and remind him that I paid $740.00 and deserved to know what is happening and why haven't I been given the respect with a phone call, upon asking those questions he began to yell at me so loud my whole family could here.
 
He has threatened me with harassment charges because I was trying to get my cheque and things were eing purposely withheld. He is refusing me proof of contract and documents that I have requested several times. The agency has not fulfilled their end of the contract and have been scamming individuals for quite a while now. There are other individuals taking it to small claims. I have all documentation of conversations and messages. this needs to be brought to light and I need help recouping my losses.
